Invalid Payment. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration of a Credit Card, insufficient funds, or otherwise, Subscriber remains responsible for any amounts not remitted to MaestroQA and MaestroQA may, in its sole discretion, either (i) invoice Subscriber directly for the deficient amount; (ii) continue billing the Credit Card once it has been updated by Subscriber (if applicable); or (iii) terminate this Agreement.
Invalid Payment. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration of a Credit Card, insufficient funds, or otherwise, Customer remains responsible for any amounts not remitted to Loadsmart and Loadsmart may, in its sole discretion, either (i) invoice Customer directly for the deficient amount, (ii) continue billing the Credit Card once it has been updated by Customer (if applicable) or (iii) terminate this Agreement.

If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration of a Credit Card, insufficient funds, or otherwise, Subscriber remains responsible for any amounts not remitted to Adtrib and Adtrib may, in its sole discretion, either (i) invoice Subscriber directly for the deficient amount; (ii) continue billing the Credit Card once it has been updated by Subscriber (if applicable); or (iii) terminate this Agreement.

If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration of a Credit Card, insufficient funds, or otherwise, Customer remains responsible for any amounts not remitted to Ablio and Ablio may, in its sole discretion, either (i) invoice Customer directly for the deficient amount, (ii) continue billing the Credit Card once it has been updated by Customer (if applicable) or (iii) terminate this Agreement.
Invalid Payment. Expiration of a credit card, insufficient balance or otherwise if a payment is not successful, the Client remains liable for the amounts not remitted to SUPSIS, and SUPSIS may, in its sole discretion, continue to bill the Credit Card after it has been updated by the Client or terminate this Agreement.
