Payment Via Credit Card. If you are purchasing the Services via credit card, debit card or other payment card ("Credit Card”) the following terms apply :
Payment Via Credit Card. If you provided us with credit card information for payments of amounts owed, you authorize us to immediately charge when due all fees, including all applicable sales or taxes or other charges, to the card number you provided. If you pay any fees with a credit card, we may seek pre- authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase. You authorize us to periodically charge until cancellation or termination of either the recurring payments or your account, all fees when due. Any recurring subscription payments will continue unless and until cancelled by you.

By providing Credit Card information and agreeing to purchase any Services, Subscriber hereby authorizes MaestroQA (or its designee) to automatically charge Subscriber's Credit Card on the same date of each calendar month (or the closest prior date, if there are fewer days in a particular month) during the Subscription Term for all fees accrued as of that date (if any) in accordance with online registration or the applicable Order Form, information entered into the online billing portal, or usage in the account. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the amount billed and charged each month may vary depending on Subscriber's Subscription terms. Foreign Transaction Fees. Subscriber acknowledges that for certain Credit Cards, the issuer of Subscriber's Credit Card may charge a foreign transaction fee or other charges.
