Invalid Term or Condition is Severable. The provisions of this Charter Contract are severable. If any term or condition is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Charter Contract shall not be affected, shall be valid and enforceable.

  • Invalid Term or Condition If any term or condition of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected and shall be valid and enforceable.
