Invalidity or Questioning of Permit or Compliance with Other Legal Requirements. Any permit, approval or consent or any building, zoning, environmental or other legal requirement of any governmental authority relating to the Property, the Improvements or the operation thereof is revoked or invalidated, or any of such matters is questioned by a proceeding by any board, commission, agency, court or other authority having jurisdiction thereof and such permit or approval is not restored or such proceeding is not dismissed within thirty (30) days after notice from the City to the Borrower.
