INVENTION REPORTING REQUIREMENT. All reports and documentation required by FAR Clause 52.227-11, Patent Rights-Ownership by the Contractor including, but not limited to, the invention disclosure report, the confirmatory license, and the Government support certification, shall be directed to the Division of Extramural Inventions and Technology Resources(DEITR), OPERA, OER, NIH, 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, XXX 0000, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000 (Telephone: 000-000-0000). In addition, one copy of an annual utilization report, and a copy of the final invention statement, shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer. The final invention statement (see FAR 27.303(b)(2)(ii)) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer on the expiration date of the contract. The annual utilization report shall be submitted in accordance with the DELIVERIES Article in SECTION F of this contract. The final invention statement (see FAR 27.303(b)(2)(ii)) shall be submitted on the expiration date of the contract.
