Inventions and Utility Models. Each Party shall provide adequate and effective protection of inventions in accordance with its respective laws and regulations, the international agreements to which it is party and the TRIPS Agreement, in particular Articles 27 through 34. Utility models shall be protected in accordance with the respective laws and regulations of the Parties and the Paris Convention.
