Common use of Inventorship Procedure Clause in Contracts

Inventorship Procedure. During the R&D Period, the R&D Committee shall, at the written request of either party and consistent with the terms of this Agreement, establish a mutually agreeable procedure for determining inventorship of Information and Inventions asserted by one party to be Joint Inventions and Joint Technology both during the R&D Period and thereafter. Any such procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedure set forth in Section 13.1.
