Common use of Inventory Report Clause in Contracts

Inventory Report. Deliver to the Administrative Agent within thirty (30) days after the end of each quarter inventory reports detailing location, amounts of raw materials and finished goods on a quarterly basis, prepared in form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Inventory Report. Deliver to the Administrative Agent within thirty twenty (3020) days after the end of each quarter month inventory reports detailing location, amounts of raw materials and finished goods on a quarterly monthly basis, prepared in form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
