Technical Advisory Committee. A Technical Advisory Committee (“TAC”) is established and will be composed of representatives from each Party. The role of the TAC, and any TAC subcommittee established by the TAC, is to provide technical advice, guidance, recommendations, and counsel to the Governing Board, Executive Committee, and/or Executive Director on technical matters relevant to the System, including environmental issues and educational programs, and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas among Party representatives, the public, and the private sector. The Executive Committee shall determine appropriate staffing for the TAC.
Technical Advisory Committee. 1. The Governing Council shall establish a Technical Advisory Committee composed of one representative designated by each Member of the Organization.
2. The representatives designated on the Technical Advisory Committee shall be persons with special competence and expertise in the field of aquaculture.
3. The Technical Advisory Committee shall meet at least once a year and at any time at the request of the Governing Council.
4. At its annual meeting the Committee shall designate one of the Committee members as Chairman who shall convene the next annual meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee.
5. The Technical Advisory Committee shall advise the Governing Council on all technical aspects of the activities of the Organization.
6. At each session, the Technical Advisory Committee shall adopt a report, which shall be submitted to the Governing Council.
7. FAO shall be invited to be represented at Sessions of the Technical Advisory Committee. Where appropriate, representatives of Donor Governments and of other organizations or institutions shall also be invited to be represented at such sessions.
Technical Advisory Committee. The Minister and the Company shall as soon as possible after the date on which this Agreement is signed establish a committee to be known as the Technical Advisory Committee which shall consist of-
Technical Advisory Committee. The Governing Board may establish a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). TAC members shall be appointed by the Cities and County. The City Manager and CAO or designee from each jurisdiction will serve on TAC. TAC shall provide recommendations to the Executive Director for the Governing Board on administration and implementation of the Regional Park Impact Mitigation Fees Program (RPIMF Program) in accordance with California Government Code 66000 et seq, and the adopted RPIMF Program MOU, fee schedule, capital improvement program, nexus plan, and the adopted Policies and Procedures thereof. TAC will provide recommendations to the Governing Board regarding sites, programs, staffing, and other elements of providing and using recreation facilities and programs.
Technical Advisory Committee. The advisory body established pursuant to Section IV.F. of the Judgment.
Technical Advisory Committee. The existing County/City Integrated Waste Management staff comprised of Authority Members is designated to provide technical information for, make recommendations to, and otherwise advise, the Authority on relevant waste management issues.

Without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the Company in relation to the management of its operations the functions of the Technical Advisory Committee shall be- to oversee and monitor all Petroleum Operations carried out by the Company; to review any proposed exploration work programme and budgets to be submitted by the Company to the Commissioner in terms of clauses 4.8 and 6 and to monitor the implementation of any appraisal programmes submitted by the Company to the Minister in terms of clause 8; to review and recommend to the Commissioner for approval, at any date after the date on which application is made by the Company for a Production Licence in respect of any part of the Licence Area and for as long as Petroleum is produced in such area, any proposed exploration work programme and budgets and any proposed amendment to be submitted to the Commissioner in terms of clauses 4.8 and 6; to review any appraisal programmes submitted by the Company to the Minister in terms of clause 8 and any Development Plan which the Company proposes to submit in connection with an application for a Production Licence in terms of clause 9; to ensure that the accounting of expenditure and the maintenance of operating records and reports kept in connection with the Petroleum Operations are made in accordance with this Agreement and the accounting principles and procedures generally accepted in the international petroleum industry. Technical Advisory Committee. The following governmental subdivisions or agencies shall be requested to appoint a non-voting advisory Member to the WMO: Dakota County, Xxxxxx County, Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation District, member cities. The advisory Members shall not be required to contribute funds for the operation of the WMO, except as provided in Minn. Stat. §103B.231, but may provide technical services.
Technical Advisory Committee. A Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is hereby established to develop, analyze, and review data pertinent to this Agreement and to make reports and technical recommendations regarding harvest management. Members shall be qualified fisheries scientists familiar with harvest management of Columbia River fish runs. TAC shall be composed of designated technical representatives of each of the following entities: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, USFWS, NOAA Fisheries, the BIA, the Warm Springs Tribe, the Umatilla Tribes, the Nez Perce Tribe, the Yakama Nation, and the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes. The Parties agree to seek funding sources to assist TAC and its representatives in the performance of their functions.
a. TAC shall choose from among its members a Chair. Unless otherwise agreed, the entity represented by the Chair shall be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the TAC. TAC shall meet and provide technical information in accordance with Schedule A, or any then-applicable replacement schedule, or as otherwise needed.
b. Prior to the earliest contemplated or requested opening of any fishery that is subject to the requirements of this Agreement, and continuously thereafter until the close of such fishery and the final compilation of catch and escapement data for runs affected by such fishery, each Party shall promptly and continuously make available to each other Party copies of data, information, forecasts, estimates, forecasting procedures, methods, models, and other information available to or used by such Party in determining management policies and the timing, location, scope or conditions of any contemplated or requested fishery that would be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. Included in the foregoing shall be any materials pertaining to Columbia River stocks of fish furnished by such Party to the United States Section of the Pacific Salmon Commission, the Pacific or North Pacific Fishery Management Councils or the Department of Commerce. The materials shall be exchanged through TAC or through such representative as a Party has specified in writing as its agent for this purpose when the circumstances do not allow for timely communication through TAC.
