Inventory/state of repair. If soft furnishings, furniture and other inventory have been made available to the Tenant, an inventory list/photo report is attached to this rental agreement. In addition, a description of (among other things) the state of maintenance of the Premises at the commencement date of the rental agreement has been or will be drawn up in the manner described in Article 2.3 (and following Articles) of the General Rental Conditions.
