Common use of Investigation and Audit Clause in Contracts

Investigation and Audit. Contractor hereby agrees to cooperate fully with any investigation, audit, or inquiry conducted by Con Xxxxxx or O&R or any federal, state or local government agency or authority relating to any aspect of this Contract or the Work, and the Contractor shall make all of its books, records, and accounts available for inspection and audit in connection therewith.
