Investigation and Economic Risk. Premier acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to discuss the business, affairs and current prospects of the Company with the Company's officers. Premier acknowledges that it is able to fend for itself in the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risks of its investment pursuant to this Agreement.
