Investigation and Economic Risk. MediVision acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to discuss the business, affairs, financial condition, results of operations and current prospects of OIS with the officers, directors and employees of OIS and to conduct reasonable diligence efforts. MediVision acknowledges that it is able to fend for itself in the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risks of its investment pursuant to this Agreement.
