Investigation and Processing of Grievances. In order to facilitate an orderly and confidential investigation of grievances, the Employer shall make available the temporary use of a suitable location or the Union may request that the aggrieved Employee(s) meet at the Union office when the Union deems that the Employer's facilities are not suitable to maintain confidentiality. The Employer shall also supply the necessary facilities for the grievance meetings, if available.
