Common use of Investigation of Criminal Allegations Clause in Contracts

Investigation of Criminal Allegations. Any report that implies criminal intent on the part of the Contractor or any subcontractors and referred to a governmental or investigatory agency must be sent to the Agency. If the Contractor has reason to believe that the allegations will be referred to the State Attorney, a law enforcement agency, the United States Attorney’s office, or governmental agency, the Contractor shall notify the Executive Director of the Agency immediately. A copy of all documents, reports, notes, or other written material concerning the investigation, whether in the possession of the Contractor or subcontractors, must be sent to the Agency’s Executive Director with a summary of the investigation and allegations.
