Investigation of Financial Condition. Without in any manner reducing or otherwise mitigating the representations contained herein, NIS, its legal counsel and accountants shall have the opportunity to meet with NB's accountants and attorneys to discuss the financial condition of NB. NB shall make available to NIS all books and records of NB.
