Common use of Investigation of Financial Condition Clause in Contracts

Investigation of Financial Condition. Without in any manner reducing or otherwise mitigating the representations contained herein, Organic, its legal counsel and accountants shall have the opportunity to meet with NB’s accountants and attorneys to discuss the financial condition of NB. NB shall make available to Organic all books and records of NB.

Investigation of Financial Condition. Without in any manner reducing or otherwise mitigating the representations contained herein, OrganicNB, its legal counsel and accountants shall have the opportunity to meet with NBOrganic’s accountants and attorneys to discuss the financial condition of NBOrganic during reasonable business hours and in a manner that does not interfere with the normal operation of Organic’s business. NB Organic shall make available to Organic NB all books and records of NBOrganic, provided, however, that Organic will be under no obligation to provide any information subject to confidentiality provisions or waive any privilege associated with any such information.
