Common use of Investigation Period Clause in Contracts

Investigation Period. Section 3.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read: Buyer shall have until 5:00 p.m. on February 14, 1997 (the "Investigation Period") to perform any and all investigations which Buyer deems necessary to determine whether Buyer will purchase the Property, including, without limitation, physical inspection of the Property, investigations with respect to the existing zoning and use restrictions and phase I environmental matters.
