Common use of Investigation Period Clause in Contracts

Investigation Period. During the time period commencing upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, and terminating at 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the date that is thirty (30) Calendar Days after the Effective Date (the "Investigation Period"), Buyer shall have the right to conduct and complete an investigation of all matters pertaining to the Property and Buyer's purchase thereof including, without limitation, the matters described in this Section 4.1.

Investigation Period. During the time period commencing upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, and terminating at 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the date that is thirty thirty-five (3035) Calendar Days after the Effective Date (the "Investigation Period"), Buyer shall have the right to conduct and complete an investigation of all matters pertaining to the Property and Buyer's purchase thereof including, without limitation, the matters described in this Section 4.1.

During the time period commencing upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, and terminating at 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the date that is thirty (30) Calendar Days after the Effective Date September 24, 2021 (the "Investigation Period"), Buyer shall have the right to conduct and complete an investigation of all matters pertaining to the Property and BuyerXxxxx's purchase thereof including, without limitation, the matters described in this Section 4.1.

During the time period commencing upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, and terminating at 11:00 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the date that is thirty (30) Calendar Days after the Effective Date (the "Investigation Period"), Buyer Company shall have the right to conduct and complete an investigation of all matters pertaining to the Property and BuyerCompany's purchase acquisition thereof including, without limitation, the matters described in this Section 4.13.1.
