INVESTIGATION STATUS REQUESTS. Providers or Union Stewards can request a status update from the local office, OLRO or OAAPI regarding any active investigation and will receive a response within fourteen (14) days of that request. If the Provider or Union Xxxxxxx does not receive a response they may go through the AFH Complaint Resolution Process for assistance. This Section is not considered grievable under this CBA.
