INVESTIGATIONS AND INVESTIGATORY LEAVE. 1. When the University is conducting an investigation prior to any decision to discipline a worker, the University will inform the worker that the investigation may result in discipline. The University will arrange for the presence of a xxxxxxx. 2. The University will conduct investigations as soon as practical. In the event an investigation will take more than 30 days, the University will inform the worker and xxxxxxx of the status of the investigation in writing.
