Investigatory Interview Representative. Upon request a bargaining unit member has the right to have an Association representative at any investigatory interview which the member reasonably believes will result in disciplinary action against him. The exercise of this right shall not interfere with legitimate Board prerogatives. Furthermore, the Board has no duty to bargain with any Association representative who may be permitted to attend the investigatory interview.
