Common use of Investment Committee Meeting Clause in Contracts

Investment Committee Meeting. At the commercially reasonable request of TP Re USA, and subject to reasonable prior notice, Third Point shall make one of Third Point’s representatives available to meet with the Investment Committee (in either case in person or telephonically) to report on the Joint Venture’s activities and discuss the Joint Venture’s portfolio and investment outlook.
