Common use of Investment Documents Clause in Contracts

Investment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received confirmation of ownership and capital structure of the Loan Parties and be satisfied with the constituent documents of the Loan Parties and related investment agreements. ESW Holdings or its Affiliate shall have received a warrant, in the form of Exhibit D, for the purchase of common Capital Securities of Borrower (the “Warrant”).
