Investment Grants. The Company has not received any investment grant or similar payment or allowance receivable by virtue of any statute.
Investment Grants. No investment grant paid to the Company is liable to be refunded in whole or in part in consequence of any action or omission of the Company.
Investment Grants. No Target Group Company has done or agreed to do anything as a result of which any investment grant paid to it is or may be liable to be refunded in whole or in part. The entry into or completion of this Agreement will not result in any investment grants received by any Target Group Company becoming liable to be repaid in whole or in part. 105 105
Investment Grants. As soon as practicable after the Transfer Time, Newco shall execute and deliver such undertakings and indemnities as TEL may reasonably require to ensure so far as may be possible that:-
4.8.1 TEL will not (by reason of the sale under this Agreement or anything done or omitted to be done by Newco or its successors in title) be or become liable to repay any grants from any governmental, local or public authority received by TEL in relation to the Business; and
4.8.2 TEL will be able to claim and to receive for its own benefit any additional such grants in respect of expenditure made prior to the Transfer Time to which it would have become entitled had it continued to use the relevant assets in the Business.
Investment Grants. The Company has not done or failed to do any act or thing which could result in all or any part of an investment grant or other similar payment or allowance made or due to be made to it becoming repayable or being forfeited by it and full particulars of all claims by the Company to any investment grant or other similar payment or allowance which have been made during the past 6 years have been disclosed in the Disclosure Letter to the Purchaser.
Investment Grants non-reimbursable contribution to finance tangible or intangible components of an infrastructure project or venture, in joint or parallel co-financing with financing from other investors. In particular, the investment grants may decrease the investment costs for a beneficiary through financing a part of the investment or through an increase of the concessionality of the financing package of a given project. They may also target specific project components which have substantial demonstrable social or environmental benefits or which can mitigate negative environmental or social impacts.
