Common use of Investment Guidelines and Directives Clause in Contracts

Investment Guidelines and Directives. The Trustee shall manage, acquire, or dispose of the assets of the Trust in accordance with this Agreement and the directions of the Plan Sponsors or their designee. To the extent permitted by law, the Trustee shall not be liable for any investment made pursuant to the Plan Sponsors' or their designees' direction.
