Common use of Investment Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Investment Guidelines. The Company or the Adviser shall supply the Subadviser with such information as the Subadviser shall reasonably require concerning the Fund's investment policies, restrictions, limitations, tax position, liquidity requirements and other information useful in managing the Fund's investments.
