Common use of Investment Information Clause in Contracts

The Investor represents that the Investor has read this Agreement and the Company’s SEC Reports and the Investor is familiar with the disclosures herein and therein. In evaluating the suitability of an investment in the Company, the Investor has not relied upon any representations or other information (whether oral or written) other than as set forth in this Agreement, the Company’s SEC Reports or as contained in any written answers to questions furnished by the Company or by any Person on the Company’s behalf.
