Investment of Account Assets. MIIX or its Authorized Party shall direct the Trustee to settle trades. MIIX agrees that all such directions from it or its Authorized Party shall comply with the terms of this Agreement. The Trustee shall invest and reinvest excess cash held in the Account as directed in writing by MIIX from time to time, subject in all cases to the terms of this Agreement. The Trustee shall be under no duty to give any investment advice to any person in connection with the Account. The net income shall be added to the principal from time to time.
