Administration of Investments. Contributions made by or on behalf of a Participant shall continue to be invested in the manner selected by the Participant until a new designation has been properly completed and filed by the Participant. Unless otherwise restricted by a Custodial Account or Annuity Contract, a designation filed by a Participant changing his investment option may apply to investment of future deposits and/or to amounts already accumulated in his Accounts as the Participant elects. A Participant may change his investment options only as permitted under the applicable Custodial Agreement or Annuity Contracts.

Administration of Investments. Contributions made by or on behalf of Participants (including Inactive Participants) shall continue to be invested in the manner selected by the Participant until the Administrator has received new investment instructions. Unless otherwise restricted by the Trust or alternate instrument, a designation filed by a Participant changing his investment option may apply to investment of future Contributions and/or to amounts already accumulated in his Account as the Participant elects. A Participant may change his investment options only as permitted under the terms of the applicable Trust or alternate instrument.
Administration of Investments. Investments of any monies held by the Trustee shall be administered in view of the manner in which individuals of ordinary prudence, discretion and judgment would act in the management of their own affairs; provided that the right and power of the Trustee to invest monies held by the Trustee, or any income earned by the Trust shall be limited to the right and power to invest such monies, pending periodic distributions in accordance with the terms hereof and the Plan.
Administration of Investments. The investment gain or loss with respect to Credits on behalf of a Participant shall continue to be determined in the manner selected by the Participant pursuant to Section 4.4. If any Participant fails to file a designation, under either Section 4.4(a) or 4.4(b), he/she shall be deemed to have elected to continue to follow the investment designation, if any, in effect for the immediately preceding Plan Year as to all amounts deferred under this Plan. A designation filed by a Participant changing his/her Investment Funds, to the extent permitted under Section 4.4(a), shall apply to either future contributions, amounts already accumulated in his/her Deferred Benefit Accounts, or both. A Participant may change his/her investment selection under Section 4.4(a) no more than once each calendar quarter.
Administration of Investments. The investment gain or loss with respect to contributions made to the Deferred Benefit Accounts on behalf of a Participant shall continue to be determined in the manner selected by the Participant, pursuant to Section 4.5, until a new designation is filed with the Plan Administrator. If any Participant fails to file a designation, he shall be deemed to have designated the first Investment Fund listed in Schedule 4.5 attached. A designation filed by a Participant changing his Investment Funds shall apply to future contributions and/or amounts already accumulated in his Deferred Benefit Accounts. A Participant may change his investment selection four (4) times, at any time, throughout the course of each Plan Year.

  • Administration of Inventory Borrower shall keep records of its and its Subsidiaries’ Inventory which records shall be complete and accurate and complete in all material respects. Borrower shall furnish to Agent Inventory reports concurrently with the delivery of each Borrowing Base Certificate described in subsection 8.1.4 or more frequently as requested by Agent, which reports will be in such other format and detail as Agent shall request and shall include a current list of all locations of Borrower’s Inventory. Borrower shall conduct a physical inventory no less frequently than annually and shall provide to Agent a report based on each such physical inventory promptly thereafter, together with such supporting information as Agent shall reasonably request.

  • Termination of Investment The obligation of the Investor to make an Advance to the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall terminate permanently (including with respect to an Advance Date that has not yet occurred) in the event that (i) there shall occur any stop order or suspension of the effectiveness of the Registration Statement for an aggregate of fifty (50) Trading Days, other than due to the acts of the Investor, during the Commitment Period, and (ii) the Company shall at any time fail materially to comply with the requirements of Article VI and such failure is not cured within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice from the Investor, provided, however, that this termination provision shall not apply to any period commencing upon the filing of a post-effective amendment to such Registration Statement and ending upon the date on which such post effective amendment is declared effective by the SEC.

  • Registration of Investments Domestic investments held by the Custodian (other than bearer securities) shall be registered in the name of the Fund or in the name of any nominee of the Fund or of any nominee of the Custodian which nominee shall be assigned exclusively to the Fund, unless the Fund has authorized in writing the appointment of a nominee to be used in common with other registered investment companies having the same investment adviser as the Fund, or in the name or nominee name of any agent appointed pursuant to Section 2.8 or in the name or nominee name of any sub- custodian appointed pursuant to Section 1. All securities accepted by the Custodian on behalf of the Fund under the terms of this Agreement shall be in good deliverable form. If, however, the Fund directs the Custodian to maintain securities in “street name”, the Custodian shall utilize its best efforts only to timely collect income due the Fund on such securities and to notify the Fund of relevant corporate actions including, without limitation, pendency of calls, maturities, tender or exchange offers.

  • Administration of Agreement All approvals referenced in this Agreement must be obtained from the parties' contract administrators or their designees. All notices must be given to the parties' contract administrators respectively. The OAG's contract administrator is Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Chief, Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. The Provider’s contract administrator will be provided at the time of execution. The parties will provide each other with written notification of any change in its designated representative for this Agreement. Such changes do not require a formal written amendment to this Agreement.

  • Administration of Accounts You agree that You shall be solely responsible for management of Your Administrator account(s) and all Your Managed Apple IDs, including but not limited to: (i) the security and safeguarding of the user name and password associated with each account; (ii) the provision and/or removal of access by any of Your personnel or End Users to such account and any Content provided and/or stored in the Service; and (iii) the provision of appropriate documentation and guidelines to End Users about using the Managed Apple ID accounts.
