Common use of Investment of Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Investment of Proceeds. Prior to the payment of the proceeds of the Recoveries to the Facility Agent for application in accordance with Clause 30.27 (Application of receipts) the Security Agent may, in its discretion, hold all or part of those proceeds in an interest bearing suspense or impersonal account(s) in the name of the Security Agent with such financial institution (including itself) and for so long as the Security Agent shall think fit (the interest being credited to the relevant account) pending the payment from time to time of those moneys in the Security Agent's discretion in accordance with the provisions of Clause 30.27 (Application of receipts).

Investment of Proceeds. Prior to the payment of the proceeds of the Recoveries to the Facility Agent for application in accordance with Clause 30.27 ‎30.28 (Application of receipts) the Security Agent may, in its discretion, hold all or part of those proceeds in an interest bearing suspense or impersonal account(s) in the name of the Security Agent with such financial institution (including itself) and for so long as the Security Agent shall think fit (the interest being credited to the relevant account) pending the payment from time to time of those moneys in the Security Agent's discretion in accordance with the provisions of Clause 30.27 ‎30.28 (Application of receipts).
