Arbitration Rules. (a) The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with this Employment Agreement, using as appropriate the AAA Employment Dispute Resolution Rules in effect on the date hereof. The arbitrator shall not be bound by the rules of evidence or of civil procedure, but rather may consider such writings and oral presentations as reasonable business people would use in the conduct of their day-to-day affairs, and may require both Parties to submit some or all of their respective cases by written declaration or such other manner of presentation as the arbitrator may determine to be appropriate. The Parties agree to limit live testimony and cross-examination to the extent necessary to ensure a fair hearing on material issues.
Arbitration Rules. In the event of a dispute relating to or arising out of your account or this Agreement, you or we may elect to arbitrate the dispute. At your election, the arbitration shall be conducted by either JAMS or the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") (or, if neither of these arbitration organizations will serve, then a comparable substitute arbitration organization agreed upon by the parties or, if the parties cannot agree, chosen by a court of competent jurisdiction). If JAMS is selected, the arbitration will be handled according to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules unless the Claim is for $250,000.00 or more, in which case its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules shall apply. If the AAA is selected, the arbitration will be handled according to its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You may obtain rules and forms for JAMS by contacting JAMS at 0.000.000.0000 or xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx and for the AAA by contacting the AAA at 0.000.000.0000 or xxx.xxx.xxx. Any arbitration hearing that you attend will take place in the federal judicial district in which you reside. Without regard to which arbitration body is selected to resolve the dispute, any disputes between you and us as to whether your claim falls within the scope of this arbitration clause shall be determined solely by the arbitrator, and not by any court.
Arbitration Rules. All disputes and claims shall be determined by ----------------- arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (the "Rules") in effect on the date hereof, except that such Rules shall be modified by this Agreement.
Arbitration Rules. Any dispute arising hereof or related hereto, including the existence, effectiveness or termination hereof shall be submitted to arbitration in Beijing. The dispute shall be arbitrated before China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee (hereinafter referred to as “CIETAC”) in accordance with its arbitration rules then effective, and the arbitration award is final and exclusive.
Arbitration Rules. Any Arbitrable Claim, and any dispute between the Holders and Parent under this Escrow Agreement, shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Boston, Massachusetts in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration Rules. A. The District and the Union will mutually attempt to select an arbitrator. If that is not possible, the District and the Union will jointly select from the names of seven qualified arbitrators recommended by the Federal Mediation Service. Either party may at any time request a new list of arbitrators.

Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be initiated through the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), an established alternative dispute resolution provider (“ADR Provider”) that offers arbitration as set forth in this section. If AAA is not available to arbitrate, the parties shall agree to select an alternative ADR Provider. Any claims or disputes where the total amount of the award sought is less than Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars (US $10,000.00) may be resolved through binding non-appearance-based arbitration, at the option of the party seeking relief. For claims or disputes where the total amount of the award sought is Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars (US $10,000.00) or more, the right to a hearing will be determined by the Arbitration Rules. Any hearing will be held in a location within 100 miles of your residence, unless you reside outside of the United States, and unless the parties agree otherwise. If you reside outside of the U.S., the arbitrator shall give the parties reasonable notice of the date, time and place of any oral hearing. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs (including attorney’s fees) and disbursements arising out of the arbitration and shall pay an equal share of the fees and costs of the ADR Provider.
Arbitration Rules. Any such dispute not settled by amicable agreement within sixty (60) days of receipt of the written notice described in Section 16.1 (or such other period as may be agreed by all Parties in writing in any specific case) shall be finally settled by arbitration in Singapore as an international arbitration under the auspices of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and applying the ICC Arbitration Rules. In the event of a conflict between the ICC Arbitration Rules and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. Documents may be submitted in either English or Japanese without the need for translation.
