Common use of Investment of SRC Collections Received Clause in Contracts

Investment of SRC Collections Received. Prior to each Daily Remittance, the Servicer may invest SRC Collections received at its own risk and (except as required by applicable LPSC Regulations) for its own benefit. So long as the Servicer complies with its obligations under Section 6(c) of this Annex I, neither such investments nor such funds shall be required to be segregated from the other investment and funds of the Servicer.
