Common use of Investment Portfolio Clause in Contracts

Investment Portfolio. Except as set forth in the Disclosure Schedule attached to this Agreement, the Company's and each of its Subsidiaries' investment portfolio consists solely of investments in one or more of the following: (i) interest bearing deposit accounts (including certificates of deposit) that are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, (ii) direct obligations of the United States of America with a maturity not greater than one year, (iii) short term money market funds or (iv) commercial paper of any corporation organized under the laws of any State of the United States or any bank organized or licensed to conduct a banking business under the laws of the United States or any State thereof having the highest short-term rating given by Xxxxx'x Investor's Services, Inc. and Standard and Poor's Corporation.
