Common use of INVESTMENT PROGRAMS Clause in Contracts

INVESTMENT PROGRAMS. In connection with any program under which Liberty WAM or one of its affiliates offers investment advice to shareholders, the Distributor is authorized to offer and sell Shares of the Fund, as principal, to participants in such program. The terms of this Agreement shall apply to such sales, including terms as to the offering price of Shares, the proceeds to be paid to the Fund, the duties of the Distributor, the payment of expenses and indemnification obligations of the Fund and the Distributor.
