Investment Related Property. Set forth on Schedule 7 is a true and correct list, for each Grantor, of all the issued and outstanding stock, partnership interests, limited liability company membership interests or other Capital Stock of Company or any Subsidiary or (to the extent such Capital Stock is certificated) of any other Person owned, beneficially or of record, by such Grantor, specifying the issuer and certificate number (if any) of, and the number and percentage of ownership represented by, such Capital Stock and setting forth the percentage of such Capital Stock pledged under the Security Documents.
