Investment Responsibilities. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the Depositor and the Depositor is responsible for directing the Custodian in writing, or other acceptable form and manner authorized by the Custodian, regarding how all amounts are to be invested. The Custodian will determine the investments available within the Custodial Account. These investments will be permissible investments under the applicable laws and Regulations.
