Other than Loans in the Ordinary Course of Business of Company, Company shall not, nor shall it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, or propose to, make any investment or commitment to invest in real estate or in any real estate development project other than by way of foreclosure or deed in lieu thereof or make any investment or commitment to develop, or otherwise take any actions to develop any real estate owned by Company or its Subsidiaries.
