Business of Company definition

Business of Company means designing, manufacturing, marketing, and distributing agricultural equipment.
Business of Company means services to: (A) identify clients’ erroneous or improper payments; (B) assist clients in the recovery of monies owed to them as a result of overpayments and overlooked discounts, rebates, allowances and credits; and (C) assist clients in the improvement and execution of their procurement and payment processes.
Business of Company means the business of providing electronic payment processing services to merchants in any or all of the payday lending, installment lending, buy-here, pay-here auto lending, collections, debt recovery and accounts receivable management industries.

  • The Executive agrees that while employed by the Company and for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the cessation of his employment for any reason, he will not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any business in competition with the Business of Company from any of the Customers with whom the Executive had Material Contact within the last 18 months of his employment with the Company.

Business of Company means the business of providing electronic payment processing services to businesses in any or all of the following industries (collectively, the “Target Verticals”): personal lending, automotive lending, receivables management, healthcare, mortgage, business-to-business and such other industries that are publicly-identified by the Company as included among its primary “verticals” or “vertical markets” during the Employment Period.
Business of Company as used herein, shall mean the provision by Company or its Affiliates of social services, including but not limited to, counseling, client monitoring and mentoring, substance abuse treatment and counseling, school support services, case management and xxxxxx care services to children, adults and families in community based settings such as a client's home, school or workplace. The term shall also mean the provision by Company or its Affiliates of intake, assessment and referral, case management and network management services to governmental agencies and provider networks, and any other business in which Company or its Affiliates were actually engaged or planning to be engaged during the Term.
Business of Company as used herein, shall mean the design, manufacture, service or sale by Company or its Affiliates of high data rate (gigabit class) millimeter wave frequency, point to point wireless communications equipment. The term shall also mean the provision by Company or its Affiliates of intake, assessment and referral, case management and network management services to governmental agencies and provider networks, and any other business in which Company or its Affiliates were actually engaged or planning to be engaged during the Term.

Business of Company means services to (A) identify clients’ erroneous or improper payments to vendors and assist clients in the recovery of monies owed to clients as a result of overpayments and overlooked discounts, rebates, allowances and credits, (B) identify and assist clients in recovering amounts owed to them by other third parties, including amounts owed to clients due to non-compliance with applicable contracts, course of dealing or usual and customary terms, (C) assist clients in efforts to organize, manage and analyze their purchasing and payment data, and (D) assist clients in analyzing and managing vendor-related risks; provided, however that “Business of Company” shall not include tax preparation services for clients and obtaining associated tax refunds on clients’ behalf.
