Except ChiNext Stocks of Shenzhen Stock Exchange which may only be traded by institutional professional investors in the initial stage, Hong Kong and overseas investors are allowed to trade any Connect Securities through Shanghai and Shenzhen Connect. Relevant funds used by the Client for the purpose of trading in China Connect Securities should permitted under PRC laws and regulations to be placed in an offshore account.
