Common use of Investor Employees Clause in Contracts

Investor Employees. (a) So long as the Shareholders have Ownership of more than 15.0% of the Voting Power of the Company, the Company shall permit the Investor the right to place up to three (3) of its employees in office space designated by the Company at the Company's headquarters or, if necessary, through a branch office of the Investor. Such employees will be subject to the policies and procedures of the Company applicable to employees of the Company at the Company's headquarters, including non-disclosure of confidential information.
