As of the Closing Date, the Company shall have used it reasonable best efforts to retain an investor relations advisory firm reasonably acceptable to the Representatives and the Company and shall retain such firm or another firm reasonably acceptable to the Representatives for a period of not less than one (1) year after the Closing Date.
