Common use of Investors of one Contracting Clause in Contracts

Investors of one Contracting. Party whose investments suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall be granted by the latter Contracting Party a treatment, as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, at least equal to that which the latter Contracting Party grants to its own investors or to the investors of the most favoured nation.

Investors of one Contracting. Party whose investments suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall due to war, civil unrest or other similar circumstances, the regime will be granted by the latter Contracting Party a treatment, as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, at least equal to no less favorable than that which the latter Contracting Party grants shall accord to its own investors or to the investors of the most favoured nationany third State with respect to any measures that received by it in connection with such damage.

Investors of one Contracting. Party whose who suffers losses in respect of their investments suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party owing to war, a state of national emergency, insurrection, riot or other similar events, shall be granted accorded by the latter Contracting Party a treatmentParty, as regards restitutionit takes relevant measures, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, at least equal to treatment no less favourable that which the latter Contracting Party grants to its own investors or accorded to the investors of the most favoured nationa third State.

Party whose investments who suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state in respect of national emergency or revolt their investments in the territory of the other Contracting Party owing to war, a state of national emergency, insurrection, riot or other similar events, shall be granted accorded by the latter Contracting Party a treatmentParty, as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, at least equal treatment no less favorable than that accorded to that which the latter Contracting Party grants to its own investors or to the investors of the most favoured nationa third Party.

Party whose investments suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party owing to war, civil unrest or other similar circumstances, shall be granted by the latter Contracting Party a treatment, as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, at least equal to accorded treatment no less favorable than that which the latter Contracting Party grants shall accord to its own investors or to the investors of the most favoured nationa third State in respect of any action which it has taken in connection with such damage.

Party whose investments suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall be granted accorded by the latter Contracting Party a treatment, as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, at least equal to no less favourable than that which the latter Contracting Party grants to its own investors or accords to the investors of the most favoured nation.

Investors of one Contracting. Party whose investments suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party owing to war, other armed conflict, state of emergency or other similar events shall be granted accorded by the latter such other Contracting Party a treatment, as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, at least equal to treatment no less favourable than that which the latter Contracting Party grants accorded to its own investors or to the investors of any third country, whichever is the most favoured nationfavourable treatment, as regards any measures it adopts in relation to such losses.

Investors of one Contracting. Party whose investments suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall be granted by the latter Contracting Party a treatmentdue to war, as regards restitution, indemnification, compensation civil unrest or other settlementsimilar circumstances, at least equal to be given treatment no less favorable than that which the latter Contracting Party grants accords to its own investors or to the investors of the most favoured nationany third State in respect of any forms of compensation for such damage.

Investors of one Contracting. Party whose investments suffer who invest ssements placed in the territory of the other contracting party that have suffered losses owing due to a war or any other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency emergency, revolt, riot or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party insurrection shall be granted accorded by the latter Contracting Party a treatmentlatter, as regards with respect to restitution, indemnificationcompensation, compensation dècommagement or other settlementforms of compensation for losses, at least equal to treatment no less favourable than that which the latter Contracting Party grants accorded to its own investors or to the investors those of the most favoured nationa third State.

Investors of one Contracting. Party whose investments suffer have suffered losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a national uprising, state of national emergency or revolt any similar event or force majeure in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall be granted accorded by the latter Contracting Party a treatment, as regards measures it adopts in relation to such losses, including compensation, indemnification and restitution, indemnification, compensation or other settlement, at least equal to no less favourable than that which the latter Contracting Party grants accords to its own investors or to the investors of the most favoured nationany third State.

Investors of one Contracting. Party whose investments suffer losses in the territory of the other Contracting Party owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national emergency emergency, civil unrest or revolt in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall be granted by similar circumstances, the latter Contracting Party a treatmentshall provide, as regards restitution, indemnificationin relation to the property recovery, compensation or and other settlement, at least equal to forms of settlement regime no less favorable than that which the latter Contracting Party grants accorded to its own investors or to the investors of the most favoured nationany third state.
