Common use of Investor’s Resources Clause in Contracts

Investor’s Resources. The Company agrees and acknowledges that the Investor has not represented, and does not represent, that it now has or at any time in the future will have assets at any given time equal to the Maximum Offering Amount available for investment pursuant to this Agreement, but only covenants to make payment of the applicable Put Share Price for each Put when due under the terms of this Agreement.
