Promptly after receipt of a Competitive Bid Loan Quote Request, the Administrative Agent shall transmit to the Lenders by facsimile transmission notice of such Competitive Bid Loan Request, which notice shall constitute an invitation by the Parent to each Lender to submit Competitive Bid Loan Quotes offering to make Competitive Bid Loans in accordance with such Competitive Bid Loan Quote Request.

No Competitive Bid Loan Request shall be given if such request could result in more than six Competitive Bid Loans being outstanding at any one time unless otherwise permitted by the Administrative Agent.
