Common use of Invocation Clause in Contracts

Invocation. A. Time Limits to Invoke Arbitration: A notice to invoke arbitration will be made in writing by electronic mail to the other Party within 30 calendar days of receipt of the written decision rendered in the final step of the grievance procedure. If no written decision has been rendered, the 30 calendar day period begins the day after the written decision was due. Failure to provide a timely notice of an invocation will render the grievance not arbitrable.
