Invoice or price packout report disputes. (a) If the Grower disputes all or part of an invoice or price packout report given under this Agreement, then the Grower must notify the person named in the Schedule at Item 12 of the dispute in writing within 7 days of receipt of the relevant invoice or report (Dispute Notice).
