Common use of Invoice Period (Column 2) Clause in Contracts

Invoice Period (Column 2). Column 2 identifies when the Consultant must submit its invoice for payment. If invoicing is monthly, the Consultant must submit its invoice to the City by the 10th Business Day of each month for Work completed during the previous month. If invoicing is upon the completion of a task or group of tasks, the Consultant must submit its invoice to the Director within 20 Business Days following completion of the task(s) to the Director’s satisfaction. If invoicing is upon the completion of all Work, the Consultant must submit its invoice to the Director within 20 Business Days following completion of all Work to the Director’s satisfaction.
