Common use of Invoices and Credit Clause in Contracts

Invoices and Credit. Pro rata or milestone payments shall become immediately due and payable upon Seller’s completion of milestone criteria and/or delivery without set off and without further act or deed of Seller. Seller reserves the right to grant, deny or stop advancing credit at any time in its sole discretion. Seller’s credit policies are subject to change at any time without notice. Buyer hereby consents to Seller giving or obtaining credit information to or from third parties regarding Buyer.
