Common use of Invoicing and Payment under Part Clause in Contracts

Invoicing and Payment under Part. 21 NGR where the User is a Retailer (a) all Charges for each of those Delivery Points will be invoiced and paid in accordance with: (i) the provisions set out in Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 21 of the National Gas Rules, which will be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement; and (ii) clauses 20.5, 20.9 - 20.14, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 21 of the National Gas Rules; and (b) the rest of this clause 20 will not apply in respect of any such Delivery Points.

Invoicing and Payment under Part. 21 NGR where the User is the Authorised Retailer for Customers at a RetailerDelivery Point (a) all Charges for each of those Delivery Points will be invoiced and paid in accordance with: (i) the provisions set out in Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 21 of the National Gas Rules, which will be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement; and (ii) clauses 20.5, 20.9 - 20.14, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 21 of the National Gas Rules; and (b) the rest of this clause 20 will not apply in respect of any such the Delivery Points.

Invoicing and Payment under Part. 21 NGR where the User is athe Authorised Retailer for Customers at a RetailerDelivery Point Where the User is the Authorised Retailer for a Customer or Customers at one or more Delivery Points: (a) all Charges for each of those Delivery Points will be invoiced and paid in accordance with: (i) the provisions set out in Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 21 of the National Gas Rules, which will be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement; and (ii) clauses 20.5, 20.9 - 20.14, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with Divisions 2 and 3 of Part 21 of the National Gas Rules; and (b) the rest of this clause 20 will not apply in respect of any such suchthe Delivery Points.
